In November 2023, Sabana Industrial REIT was recognised as the "Top Performer in Total Shareholder Returns" by The Edge Singapore in the Centurion Club Category. This award considered unit price performance and distributions paid to Unitholders over the last three years from 31 March 2020 to 31 March 2023.

In September 2014, Sabana REIT's Annual Report 2013 was awarded the winning status of "Honors" in the Non-traditional Annual Report category for REITs at the 28^th International ARC Awards Competition, a prestigious international annual report competition based in New York, USA.
KLIFF 2013
In September 2013, Sabana REIT was conferred "Most Outstanding Islamic Real Estate Product" to recognise its successful issuance of an S$80 million Convertible Sukuk the first in the world to be convertible into units in a REIT.

In January 2013, Sabana REIT was named "Equity Deal of the Year" and "Real Estate Deal for the Year" for its S$80 million Convertible Sukuk al Ijarah by Islamic Finance New's 2012 Deals of the Year awards.

In October 2012, Sabana REIT was voted "Most Innovative Asset Management Company" and "Best Investor Relations by an Asset Management Company" in the 2^nd Islamic Finance News Islamic Investor Poll, which was participated by recognised investors globally.

In February 2012, Sabana REIT was awarded "Best Domestic Securitization" at The Asset Triple A Regional Deal Awards 2011 for the S$132 million Islamic securitisation facility launched in November 2011.

In January 2012, Sabana REIT was awarded "The Gold Standard Award for Corporate Financial Communications" by PublicAffairsAsia, a provider of news, features, analysis and intelligence on practice and policy across the Asia Pacific region.

In February 2011, Sabana REIT was awarded "IPO Deal of the Year (2010)" and "Real Estate Deal of the Year (2010)" by Islamic Finance News, one of the most prestigious awards that honours the best in the Islamic finance industry.
International Public Relations Association ("IPRA")
In July 2011, Sabana REIT's efforts to raise investor familiarity with Shari'ah compliant products during its IPO were recognised by the IPRA, which gave Sabana REIT a "Golden World Award."

In October 2011, Sabana REIT received "The Most Outstanding Islamic REIT" at the KLIFF Islamic Finance Awards Ceremony, which was organised in conjunction with the 8^th Kuala Lumpur Islamic Finance Forum.
